Every design project commences by filling out our Design Questionnaire, followed by an in-depth phone conversation to delve into your requirements. We take this opportunity to explore your needs, timeline, and budget to ensure we're an ideal match.

Conducting an initial  meeting in your space for renovation enables our design team to capture photographs, take measurements, and gain insights into your ultimate vision. We thoroughly enjoy listening to your ideas, examining your existing items, and understanding your aesthetic preferences. During this phase, we also take stock of items you wish to retain or discard, and engage in discussions about how you envision living in your newly designed home, or workspace. 

Building on the insights gathered in the preceding two steps, our team diligently devises a comprehensive plan and curates the essentials for your space. We meticulously consider aspects such as furniture, wall coverings, lighting, accessories, artwork, and spatial arrangement, storage for the duration of procurement, among other elements. The subsequent meeting marks the initial presentation of our design team's progress, aimed at helping you visualize the eventual transformation of your space. We will work with the contractor(s) to ensure and conduct the utmost coordination for all parties involved. Depending on budgetary and timeframe constraints, a Lookbook may be presented in lieu of renderings.

Step 4 involves the detailed procurement of each individual component, from lighting and surfaces to cabinetry, flooring and furnishings. Our team dedicates itself to satisfying all your space's requirements, and this phase can vary in duration. We navigate vendors, coordinate design, and ship dates and align them with your desired timeframe for the overall look and feel to be visualized as a comprehensive entity. It's during this stage that final decisions must be solidified, and we establish a precise schedule for project completion.

We handle all coordination with the contractor and tradesmen to create a comprehensive schedule for every part of the project.

As the pieces start arriving and the process advances, we consciously attend to every detail. When the move-in date arrives, our team collaborates with the movers to set up your final selections and furniture. We maintain open communication with you throughout each phase and eagerly anticipate the exciting final reveal.

With the last finishing touches applied by our design team, down to the fresh flowers and lit candles upon your walk-in, we're thrilled to unveil the transformed space to you!
